CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to us by fax at + 55 51 3316-3991 before June 15th 2005. No refunds will be given after this date.

An administrative fee of US$50 will be charged for each cancellation. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

You will receive a refund/cancellation confirmation from us as soon as we have reviewed your request.

If you are unable to send your request by fax, please contact us by email or telephone to make other arrangements or contact the Conference Administrator with any questions regarding cancellations and refunds.
