HISTORY

The Graduate Program in Food, Nutrition and Health was approved by CAPES in 2016 and began its activities in the second semester of 2017. It is formed by a group of 13 PhD professors from the Department of Nutrition, Faculty of Medicine of UFRGS.

It includes a concentration area (Food, Nutrition and Health) and 2 (two) research lines, well-articulated to the area of concentration and consistent with the formation and experience of its faculty: Clinical Nutrition and Food, Nutrition in Collective Health.
