Clinical Nutrition

Description: This line of research includes clinical and experimental studies involving (1) metabolic and systemic alterations covering diagnosis, assessment and/or nutritional intervention, especially in chronic noncommunicable diseases (NCD), (2) metabolic effects of diets and/or bioactive foods and compounds, (3) oxidative stress, (4) eating behavior, (5) nutritional genomics, (6) nutrition and physical activity.
