Por meio de pesquisa participante e com foco nas contribui\u00e7\u00f5es da est\u00e9tica e de suas rela\u00e7\u00f5es com o campo da \u00e9tica, a articula\u00e7\u00e3o entre os saberes da universidade e da escola possibilitou a reflex\u00e3o sobre desafios atuais enfrentados na EJA: a infrequ\u00eancia, a evas\u00e3o escolar e a juveniliza\u00e7\u00e3o de seu p\u00fablico. Al\u00e9m disso, tal articula\u00e7\u00e3o prop\u00f4s o olhar \u00e0 diversidade e aos cotidianos como elemento enriquecedor da a\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Palavras-Chave:<\/strong>\u00a0Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Jovens e Adultos (EJA); est\u00e9tica; forma\u00e7\u00e3o docente; a\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Abstract:\u00a0<\/strong>The study examines the pedagogical action in the Youth and Adult Education (EJA) from the perspective of their applicants and university students in training for\u00a0 teaching. Through participatory research and focusing on the contributions of the aesthetics and their relationship to the field of ethics, the relationship between the knowledge of university and high school institutions enabled the reflection on current challenges faced by EJA: the infrequency, school dropout and the juvenilization of its audience. Furthermore, this joint proposes a look for diversity and the everyday as an enriching element of the pedagogical action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> Education for Youth and Adults (EJA).
