LOPES <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The pact, which formally ends months of armed violence in the country, was initialed in Peace Square in the presence of five African heads of state and foreign dignitaries, including Teresa Ribeiro, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Portuguese Cooperation.
