S\u00e3o 400 mudas que estavam em uma \u00e1rea florestal da CMPC Brasil, foram coletadas e transportadas para a aldeia para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um butiazal, esp\u00e9cie nativa importante para a cultura ind\u00edgena. \u201cN\u00f3s podemos fazer muitas coisas com o buti\u00e1: sucos, polpa, alimentos. D\u00e1 para aproveitar a folha para fazer artesanato, como peneiras, balaios e at\u00e9 casas\u201d, comemora o cacique Cl\u00e1udio Acosta.<\/p><p>A coleta, o transplante e o plantio das mudas foi realizado de segunda a quinta-feira (12) e envolveu ind\u00edgenas, pesquisadores da Embrapa respons\u00e1veis pelo projeto Rota dos Butiazais e do Conselho Estadual dos Povos Ind\u00edgenas (Cepi), respons\u00e1vel pelo Projeto PAN Lagoas do Sul, junto com as secretarias da Agricultura, Pecu\u00e1ria e Desenvolvimento Rural (Seapdr) e de Meio Ambiente e Infraestrutura (Sema), Emater, conveniada da Seapdr, e CMPC Brasil.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ea6155 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"3ea6155\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src=\"https:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/circulosociobiodiversidade\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Imagem16.png\" title=\"Imagem16\" alt=\"Imagem16\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c2c159 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c2c159\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Foto: Fernando Dias\/Seapdr<\/p><p>\u201cEsta a\u00e7\u00e3o pioneira de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e plantio obteve muito sucesso e pode fomentar novos projetos ligados \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a alimentar e \u00e0 gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda nesta aldeia. Outro ganho \u00e9 a possibilidade de replic\u00e1-la para outras aldeias interessadas em recuperar suas \u00e1reas e repovoar com uma esp\u00e9cie nativa t\u00e3o especial para as culturas ind\u00edgenas\u201d, afirma M\u00e1rcia Londero, soci\u00f3loga da Divis\u00e3o Ind\u00edgena da Seapdr.<\/p><p>Durante o processo, seis ind\u00edgenas foram contratados e receberam di\u00e1rias para atuar no mutir\u00e3o. J\u00e1 h\u00e1 interesse de institui\u00e7\u00f5es como a UERGS (Universidade Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul) para trabalho nas aldeias perto de Tapes e a <strong>UFRGS (Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul)<\/strong>. O objetivo da Rota dos Butiazais \u00e9 estimular a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da biodiversidade pelo uso, com a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de boas pr\u00e1ticas de manejo, para garantir sua perman\u00eancia para as gera\u00e7\u00f5es futuras e a sustentabilidade do ecossistema.<\/p><p>Atualmente a Rota dos Butiazais \u00e9 composta por 29 munic\u00edpios do Rio Grande do Sul, 5 de Santa Catarina, 6 locais no Uruguai e 3 na Argentina.
