Human resources management and labor relations
It is a multi and transdisciplinary area based on different fields of knowledge, such as: Strategic human resources management, Labor sociology, Psychology applied to administration/Organizational behavior, Ethics, Individual/Organizational learning/Education and research methodology. It seeks, through a training for citizenship, to build knowledge for the better understanding of organizations and relationships among the people that compose them.

Systems management and information technology
The GSTI area promotes teaching and develops research related to all areas of administration, analyzing the decision-making process, the effects of IT on the organization and the individual, and the behavioral aspects in Information management, Knowledge management, Anticipatory strategic intelligence, Small Data x Big Data, IT Governance and Information, Adoption and post-adoption of IT in society, in organizations and in the behavior of individuals, Digital technologies and businesses, and Information systems. Research are developed using qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis techniques and methods.
