O Carnaval de Blocos foi organizado a partir de <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prefeitura.poa.br\/smc\/noticias\/divulgada-pontuacao-dos-blocos-para-o-carnaval-de-rua-2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">edital<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que seleciona os blocos por meio de pontua\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 o Carnaval Comunit\u00e1rio re\u00fane comunidades de diferentes bairros. Nele, a Prefeitura tentou <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/prefeitura.poa.br\/gp\/noticias\/carnaval-de-rua-2020-vai-mobilizar-12-regioes-da-cidade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de oito para 12 regi\u00f5es<\/strong> <strong>descentralizadas<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, possibilitando, <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prefeitura.poa.br\/smri\/noticias\/bairro-cristal-tera-carnaval-de-rua-comunitario-neste-domingo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">assim como em 2019<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que a festa ocorresse em outros bairros da cidade. S\u00f3 que, em raz\u00e3o da pandemia de coronav\u00edrus, <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1jCJ26D6NIgcvrvH7WTBDvwWG3phS6oZG\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">apenas quatro locais sediaram o evento<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. As escolas de samba da capital n\u00e3o receberam dinheiro p\u00fablico em 2018 nem em 2019. Em 2017, o <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gauchazh.clicrbs.com.br\/porto-alegre\/noticia\/2018\/02\/responsabilidade-da-nossa-administracao-nenhuma-diz-marchezan-sobre-cancelamento-do-carnaval-cjdyrx6sv00j301qxrhan5weo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">evento cultural sofreu com falta de recursos<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e acabou sendo realizado fora de \u00e9poca. Ainda que a Prefeitura tenha incentivado que os grupos procurassem parcerias com o setor privado, n\u00e3o houve sucesso. Em 2020, <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gauchazh.clicrbs.com.br\/porto-alegre\/noticia\/2020\/01\/apos-tres-anos-sem-verbas-publicas-escolas-de-samba-receberao-repasses-da-prefeitura-de-porto-alegre-ck5reg4mo01hs01mv46hnvjft.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">R$ 982 mil foram distribu\u00eddos para 13 escolas<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de samba dos grupos Ouro e Prata.<\/span><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6577 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/humanista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Cumpriu_carol-300x177.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/humanista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Cumpriu_carol-300x177.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/humanista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Cumpriu_carol-768x452.png 768w, https:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/humanista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Cumpriu_carol.png 1004w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Buscar financiamentos p\u00fablicos e privados para apoiar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o cultural e revitalizar espa\u00e7os e equipamentos culturais.<\/b><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promessa consta no <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/estaticog1.globo.com\/2016\/11\/01\/proposta_governo1471291722755.pdf?_ga=2.241747915.818638179.1600779453-899346197.1600279478\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>programa de governo<\/strong>.<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Checagem: At\u00e9 agora, Marchezan promoveu uma s\u00e9rie de eventos com parcerias privadas. O <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prefeitura.poa.br\/smc\/noticias\/poa-drive-show-e-opcao-de-entretenimento-no-final-de-semana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Poa Drive-in Show<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, neste ano, divulgou espet\u00e1culos humor\u00edsticos. A prefeitura tamb\u00e9m voltou a fazer, depois de nove anos, o <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prefeitura.poa.br\/smc\/projetos\/festivalmusica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Festival de M\u00fasica Porto Alegre<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, em 2019, em parceria com a Amrigs (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o M\u00e9dica do Rio Grande do Sul). O <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prefeitura.poa.br\/smc\/noticias\/marchezan-anuncia-atracoes-do-reveillon-2020-na-orla\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">R\u00e9veillon 2020 &#8211; POA pra Frente, Feliz Ano Novo pra Gente<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que ocorreu na Orla do Gua\u00edba, tamb\u00e9m teve parcerias privadas. Em meio \u00e0 pandemia, Marchezan tamb\u00e9m publicou <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prefeitura.poa.br\/gp\/noticias\/marchezan-lanca-editais-emergenciais-de-auxilio-area-cultural\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dois editais emergenciais de aux\u00edlio \u00e0 Cultura<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Em 2019, a <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.correiodopovo.com.br\/arteagenda\/opini%C3%A3o-produtora-%C3%A9-escolhida-para-administrar-audit%C3%B3rio-ara%C3%BAjo-vianna-e-teatro-t%C3%BAlio-piva-1.374186\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Opini\u00e3o Produtora foi a escolhida<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para administrar, pelos pr\u00f3ximos 10 anos, o audit\u00f3rio Ara\u00fajo Viana e o Teatro T\u00falio Piva.
