LAPEC<\/h2><\/div>

O Laborat\u00f3rio de Pesquisa em Corros\u00e3o (LAPEC), fundado em 1975, faz parte do Departamento de Metalurgia da UFRGS. Ele opera em diferentes \u00e1reas de pesquisa: corros\u00e3o-sob-tens\u00e3o, fragiliza\u00e7\u00e3o por hidrog\u00eanio e corros\u00e3o-fadiga; revestimentos protetores contra corros\u00e3o e oxida\u00e7\u00e3o em temperaturas elevadas; revestimentos obtidos por eletrodeposi\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo DLC; desenvolvimento de materiais para armazenamento e convers\u00e3o de energia; tratamento de superf\u00edcies met\u00e1licas para aplica\u00e7\u00e3o biom\u00e9dica.<\/p>
