Master by Hydraulic Research Institute (IPH) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He is currently developing research on drought monitoring and characterization for South America using remote sensing products. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Para\u00edba. He developed a research on the application of artificial neural for flow forecasting for the Ji-Paran\u00e1 River (BR) as a course completion work. During the graduation, he was a fellow in the Scientific Initiation Program (PIBIC) of CNPq, where he developed research in the area of geotechnics focusing on layers stabilized granulometrically for highways in the state of Para\u00edba (BR).<\/p>\n
