Tucci is a retired head professor at IPH\/UFRGS and currently acts as a collaborating professor within the postgraduate course in water resources and environmental sanitation at IPH\/UFRGS. He is also director of the consultancy company Rhama Consultoria Ambiental Ltda, based in Porto Alegre.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/lsh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/tucci_g.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-46\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/lsh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/tucci_g.jpg\" alt=\"tucci_g\" width=\"140\" height=\"147\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dr Tucci works with research related to Urban Waters, Modeling of Hydrological Systems, Management of Water Resources, forecasting and warning for Water Systems, Hydrological and Environmental Management.<\/p>\n<p>In the last 35 years, Dr. Tucci has been acting as a consultant for international and local\/national entities and companies such as: Unesco, World Bank, BID, ANEEL, ANA, Itaipu, among others.<\/p>\n<p>He is the published author of more than 300 papers, books and book chapters.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:tucci@rhama.net\">tucci (at) rhama.net<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr Carlos E.M.
