For the promotion of adolescent sexual health, it is important that the care strategies, which tend to be more complex at this stage due to the changes that are occurring at the individual and contextual level, broaden the scope of analysis on sexual risk behaviors and factors associated companies. In this sense, this study aims to identify sexual risk behaviors among adolescents and their association with individual and contextual variables, in addition to deepening the understanding of the perception of adolescents, parents/guardians and teachers about sexual risk in adolescence and family-adolescent about sex and sexuality. It is also intended to verify whether there are sexual orientation actions at school and how they are evaluated by the participants. A sequential, cross-sectional and mixed approach explanatory design was used. About 300 adolescents participated in the quantitative stage, who will answer a Questionnaire of Sociodemographic Data and Sexual Behaviors and the Family Support Perception Inventory, whose responses will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. In the qualitative stage, the number of adolescents, parents/guardians and teachers was determined by the criterion of saturation sampling. Focus groups were held with the adolescents and interviews with the others, and the data were evaluated by content analysis. It is believed that the integration and joint discussion of the results will allow a broader and deeper perspective of the phenomenon under study.
