BIOGRAPHY<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Doctor in Administration by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Master in Agribusiness by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2009) and Master in Business Administration by the Universidad Nacional del Centro del Per\u00fa (2004). Graduated in Mechanical Engineering \u00a0by the Universidad Nacional del Centro del Per\u00fa (2001). Currently, works as Scientific Director of the Instituto Peruano de Competitividad (INSPERCOM), and as assistant coordinator and professor in the course of Agroindustrial; Agrochemical Engineering in the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG). Also participated as a researcher in the Innovation Research Center (NITEC). During the period from 2010 to 2014, participated in the project PRONEX: Caminhos da Inova\u00e7\u00e3o na Ind\u00fastria Ga\u00facha, financed by FAPERGS and bt CNPq. Is also consultor ad hoc-State Science, Innovation and Technological Development Secretariat. His research areas are: innovation, technological capacities, innovation management, trading and economic capacities of organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n
