Life is more urgent than any message.

The Detranrs campaign has as its motto "life is more urgent than any message." Addressing one of the main risk factors for traffic claim, the initiative starts from an alarming data raised by the National Road Safety Observatory: about 30% of traffic claims originate from mobile phone use.

Detranrs institutional director Diza Gonzaga points out that the goal of the Detranrs and the State Government campaign "is to warn that the phone is a distraction factor that has become a serious problem for traffic safety, mainly harming the driver's attention." Diza adds: "In the direction, a few seconds of inattention represent several meters traveled to blind, which is decisive to cause a tragedy."
