City Hall reached the mark of 470 families benefited through housing bonus, program for citizens registered in the Municipal Housing Department (DEMHAB) and long waited for housing care.

 

Since 2021, the value has been readjusted three times, which means a total increase of 62.22%. It is currently R $ 127,980.92. The property acquired with the housing bonus can only be sold to third parties after five years of bookkeeping, to ensure the purpose of the good received, ie for home.

 

With the bonus, beneficiaries leave a situation of informality to become regular property owners. The City Hall also bears the payment of transmission tax expenses, costs with deeds and records in the Real Estate Registry Office.
