Code Her

The images from the advertising campaign for the perfume Her Code, by O Boticário, starring the singer Marina Sena, were subject to manipulation using X/Twitter's Artificial Intelligence, Grok. In response to image distortions, O Boticário launched the Code Her movement, with a “bot that notifies about attempts to manipulate images by AI”, alerting users in their publications and preventing the display of deepnude generated by Grok on their profile. Additionally, the bot offers guidance on reporting the violation.

The movement's publicity campaign, more than bringing visibility to the bot, addressed the issue of violence against women that occurs online, with sexualization and the misuse of images. The Code Her campaign pieces were attended by Marina Sena, who was a victim of this practice, and Rose Leonel, who inspired the Rose Leonel Law, an instrument that protects women who have their privacy exposed and shared, especially in the digital environment.
