Maria

The Sou da Paz Institute launched the "Maria" campaign to stimulate voluntary firearms delivery. The campaign uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create the image of a bereaved woman, representing mothers who have lost children to armed violence. Maria was designed to be a symbol of all mothers who suffered losses, sensitizing the public to the importance of voluntary gun delivery and violence prevention.
