Description: campaign to launch the Citizen Services Charter. On the 10th anniversary of its ombudsman program, the Ministry of Social Development and Fight against Hunger proposes more assistance and dialogue services. The idea is to demonstrate how these ten years of partnership have yielded good projects because "Information is Citizenship", for this the campaign uses an independent website, graphic pieces and banners circulating on the internet.
