The program, implemented by Sehab, aims to make the down payment possible for purchasing a home through the granting of a housing subsidy.

The site should be accessed by those who wish to register to purchase their own home, with the transfer of R$ 20 thousand to cover the down payment, and by developers who wish to publicize projects (as long as they are suited to the program rules).

The registration will be divided into two tabs: beneficiary, in green, and company, in red. Interested parties register and, if they meet the requirements, they are guaranteed to participate in the Offers Fair at the end of the month.

"Porta de Dentro is another delivery of the Rio Grande Plan to boost the reconstruction of the State and, especially, offer access to decent housing. On the one hand, we were already guaranteeing the most vulnerable population homes, temporary and permanent with the A Casa É Sua - Calamidade Program, now we will support those people who are able to afford popular housing financing, but often did not access this public policy due to the difficulty of providing a down payment for the purchase of the property. It's another move by our government to facilitate the recovery and guarantee quality of life for those who need it most", highlights Governor Eduardo Leite.
