Plano Rio Grande Simplified Installment Program
The initiative allows taxpayers to settle their Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS) debts in a simplified manner and with a payment deadline of up to five years.
As provided for in the rules, the Program allows debts to be paid in up to 60 installments in a simple way, without presenting guarantees and with no minimum down payment, all done in a virtual environment. The measure applies to all taxpayers and covers administrative debts, with the State Revenue Service (RE), and judicial debts, with the State Attorney General's Office (PGE-RS).
