Program returns ICMS White Line
people included in the program were identified through the Rio Grande Plan Single map (MUP), which represents the flood spot in the state. The information was crossed with state invoice and registration addresses. With this, the population was actually affected.
This group was able to receive the return of ICMS on the appliances bought between May 1st and December 31, 2024. The items contemplated were cooking stove (gas, firewood, refrigerator, laundry (including washer and dry), up to 10kg, up to 23kg, up to 10kg and clothing machine and Microwave.
To be entitled to restitution, the beneficiaries would have to comply with two steps: request your CPF to appear on the invoice and ask the establishment to include in the note the Common Mercosur Nomenclature (NCM), which represents the Elegable Goods Code. In total, 148,400 appliances were purchased. ICMS refund can be 100% or partial, each person can receive up to R $ 1,500.
