The Government of the State of Santa Catarina launched a campaign focused on raising awareness in society about combating violence against women, shining a light on the role of men in this fight. Among the attitudes that the campaign evokes as male responsibility are: respecting and protecting women, not tolerating domestic violence and, as a priority, reporting cases of aggression.
Often, pieces on this topic attribute exclusively to women the mission of not remaining silent. In this play, starring multi-time MMA champion Fabrício Werdum, an inverse approach is used, highlighting the importance of men not only being individuals who do not commit acts of violence, but also active whistleblowers on official channels.
