Valuing democracy

In July 2023, the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) launched an advertising campaign in defense of democracy, broadcast on television and radio. Entitled "Valuing Democracy", the initiative aims to strengthen the image of democracy among the population, given the constant attacks against democratic institutions in recent years.

The campaign video features a rap battle, where a black woman wears a white shirt with the word "Democracy", singing "Sovereignty and popular strength: you have to respect it! Freedom of expression is not a license to spread lies, hate , coup and disagreement. Democracy is conquered, it is not luck. You can back off, the conscience here is strong!"
