1)<\/strong><\/span> Debates do NER \u00e9 um peri\u00f3dico publicado semestralmente pelo N\u00facleo de Estudos da Religi\u00e3o (NER), do Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Antropologia Social da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Tem como objetivo divulgar textos cient\u00edficos in\u00e9ditos, decorrentes de pesquisas nacionais e internacionais realizadas na \u00e1rea das ci\u00eancias sociais e em \u00e1reas correlatas, relativas \u00e0 religi\u00e3o enquanto fato social em suas interfaces com outras esferas da sociedade. Os trabalhos submetidos dever\u00e3o ter relev\u00e2ncia acad\u00eamica e social.<\/span><\/p>

2) O manuscrito que for submetido \u00e0 publica\u00e7\u00e3o nesta revista, dever\u00e1 ser original e in\u00e9dito, n\u00e3o podendo, portanto, estar simultaneamente submetido para publica\u00e7\u00e3o ou estar publicado em outros peri\u00f3dicos, livros ou quaisquer outras formas de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica.<\/span><\/p>

3) A debates do NER publica trabalhos em Portugu\u00eas e Espanhol. Deste modo, os trabalhos submetidos para publica\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e3o ser redigidos em uma dessas l\u00ednguas, sempre obedecendo as normas de bom uso das mesmas.<\/span><\/p>

4) Os originais dever\u00e3o ser submetidos pela internet mediante cadastro de todos os autores no site da revista (http:\/\/seer.ufrgs.br\/debatesdoner\/user\/register)<\/span><\/p>

5) A publica\u00e7\u00e3o dos artigos ser\u00e1 condicionada \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos Editores e\/ou da Comiss\u00e3o Editorial Executiva, considerando pareceres de consultores externos, reconhecidos nas tem\u00e1ticas abordadas na Debates do NER. Essa avalia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita por pelo menos dois destes consultores externos, de forma cega (blind peer review), para assegurar a integridade e isen\u00e7\u00e3o dos pares. Todavia, fica a cargo da Comiss\u00e3o Editorial Executiva selecionar entre os manuscritos aprovados pelos consultores, quais ser\u00e3o publicados em cada edi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>

6) Para garantir a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o cega por parte dos pares, os dados do(s) autor(es) n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o encaminhados aos consultores, entretanto, \u00e9 responsabilidade do(s) autor(es) certificar-se de que n\u00e3o existem – em nenhum lugar do corpo do texto ou nas propriedades do arquivo – dados que possam identific\u00e1-los. Para remover a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das propriedades do arquivo o autor dos originais deve realizar os seguintes procedimentos:<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a. Em documentos do Microsoft Office ou Mac: (no menu Arquivo > Propriedades), iniciando em Arquivo, no menu principal, e clicando na sequ\u00eancia: Arquivo > Salvar como… > Ferramentas (ou Op\u00e7\u00f5es no Mac) > Op\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a… > Remover informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais do arquivo ao salvar > OK > Salvar.<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b. Em PDFs, os nomes dos autores tamb\u00e9m devem ser removidos das Propriedades do Documento, em Arquivo no menu principal do Adobe Acrobat.<\/span><\/p>

7) A Debates do NER a cada n\u00famero publica dois tipos de manuscritos: Artigos e resenhas. Cada um destes trabalhos tem caracter\u00edsticas com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a conte\u00fado e n\u00famero de p\u00e1ginas que dever\u00e3o ser observados pelos autores:<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a. Artigos (at\u00e9 8 mil palavras; 15-25 p\u00e1ginas): Relatos de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es originais, baseadas em pesquisas sistem\u00e1ticas e completas, realizadas com as devidas metodologias e an\u00e1lises cient\u00edficas. Tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e3o admitidos, por\u00e9m em n\u00famero limitado, artigos te\u00f3ricos ou de revis\u00f5es sistem\u00e1ticas e atuais sobre temas relevantes para a linha editorial da revista, que conte com an\u00e1lise cr\u00edtica e oportuna de um corpo abrangente de pesquisa, relativa a temas que contribuam para o desenvolvimento das Ci\u00eancias Sociais da Religi\u00e3o, preferencialmente num campo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o para a qual o(a) autor(a) contribui.<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b. Resenhas (at\u00e9 4 mil palavras; 3-10 p\u00e1ginas): An\u00e1lise cr\u00edtica de obras publicadas recentemente (m\u00e1ximo quatro anos), norteando o(a) leitor(a) quanto as suas caracter\u00edsticas e explicitando usos potenciais.<\/span><\/p>

8) Os crit\u00e9rios que ser\u00e3o avaliados nos artigos submetidos \u00e0 publica\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o os seguintes:<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a. Quanto a estrutura: Qualidade da estrutura l\u00f3gica do trabalho no que se refere a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos t\u00f3picos que o comp\u00f5em.<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0b. Quanto \u00e0 reda\u00e7\u00e3o: Ser\u00e1 avaliada a clareza do texto, a qualidade ortogr\u00e1fica e gramatical, al\u00e9m de argumenta\u00e7\u00e3o elucidada com rigor e propriedade;<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 c. Quanto \u00e0 qualidade t\u00e9cnica e cient\u00edfica: Ser\u00e3o analisados o emprego correto dos conceitos abordados, a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o e a profundidade dos conte\u00fados e o rigor cient\u00edfico do trabalho.<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 d. Quanto \u00e0 originalidade: Ser\u00e1 levado em conta o ineditismo e o grau de inova\u00e7\u00e3o proposto pelo trabalho, al\u00e9m da expressividade e import\u00e2ncia do trabalho para a discuss\u00e3o de problemas de seu campo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 e. Atualidade e pertin\u00eancia das refer\u00eancias utilizadas.<\/span><\/p>

9) Os manuscritos submetidos dever\u00e3o ter folha de rosto contendo: T\u00edtulo completo do trabalho em portugu\u00eas ou espanhol, juntamente com sua vers\u00e3o em ingl\u00eas, resumo (entre 100 e 150 palavras) com espa\u00e7o simples, no idioma do artigo e sua respectiva vers\u00e3o em ingl\u00eas e palavras-chave (m\u00e1ximo quatro) tamb\u00e9m no idioma do artigo com sua respectiva vers\u00e3o em ingl\u00eas. Al\u00e9m disso, dever\u00e1 conter nome(s) completo(s) do(s) autor(es), suas titula\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e1ximas, o nome completo da(s) institui\u00e7\u00e3o(\u00f5es) onde atua(m) e a posi\u00e7\u00e3o do(s) mesmo(s) em tal(is) institui\u00e7\u00e3o(\u00f5es). Tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o constar os seguintes dados de contato: Endere\u00e7o completo, e-mail e telefones (recomenda-se utilizar endere\u00e7os institucionais tanto para correspond\u00eancia f\u00edsica quanto eletr\u00f4nica).<\/span><\/p>

10) Ap\u00f3s encaminhado e avaliado pelos pares, a equipe editorial entrar\u00e1 em contato com o autor principal para informar o veredito que poder\u00e1 ser de aceito, aceito com altera\u00e7\u00f5es ou de recusado. Em qualquer destes casos, o material enviado n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 devolvido.<\/span><\/p>

12) Os artigos devem ser escritos em fonte Times New Roman 12. O texto dever\u00e1 estar justificado, e em formato A4 (210×297), com espa\u00e7o de 1,5 e ter at\u00e9 8 mil palavras (artigos) e at\u00e9 4 mil palavras (resenhas), incluindo t\u00edtulo, resumo, palavras-chave, refer\u00eancias e notas. Inicial mai\u00fascula dever\u00e1 ser usada somente quando imprescind\u00edvel; os recursos tipogr\u00e1ficos devem ser utilizados uniformemente:<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0a. it\u00e1lico: para palavras estrangeiras, t\u00edtulos (livros, eventos, etc.) e \u00eanfase;<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b. aspas duplas: cita\u00e7\u00f5es diretas com menos de tr\u00eas linhas, cita\u00e7\u00f5es de palavras individuais ou palavras cuja conota\u00e7\u00e3o ou uso mere\u00e7a destaque;<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 c. negrito e sublinhado: devem ser evitados.<\/span><\/p>

13) Para cita\u00e7\u00f5es bibliogr\u00e1ficas, os autores dever\u00e3o se guiar pelas normas da ABNT, de modo que no corpo do texto, a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de refer\u00eancia nas cita\u00e7\u00f5es diretas deve trazer autor(es), ano de publica\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00e1gina(s); nas cita\u00e7\u00f5es indiretas a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00e1gina \u00e9 opcional, conforme os modelos:<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a. Segundo Hassen (2002, p. 173): \u201cH\u00e1 uma grande car\u00eancia de materiais did\u00e1ticos nesse campo, principalmente se aliados \u00e0 ludicidade.\u201d<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b. Sabemos da grande car\u00eancia de materiais did\u00e1ticos nesse campo, segundo Hassen (2002, p. 173).<\/span><\/p>

14) As cita\u00e7\u00f5es diretas com mais de tr\u00eas linhas, no texto, devem ser destacadas com recuo de quatro espa\u00e7os \u00e0 direita da margem esquerda e corpo menor de letra, sem aspas, em espa\u00e7o simples; transcri\u00e7\u00f5es das falas dos informantes seguem a mesma norma. Al\u00e9m disso, as notas explicativas devem ser numeradas ordinalmente no texto e vir no rodap\u00e9 da p\u00e1gina<\/span><\/p>

15) Os desenhos, fotos, tabelas, gr\u00e1ficos, mapas dentre outros elementos representativos dever\u00e3o estar devidamente numerados, com t\u00edtulo e com a fonte consultada. Os autores dever\u00e3o atentar ainda para a qualidade de tais itens, de modo a garantir a fidedignidade dos mesmos tanto na reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o quanto na impress\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>

16) A Debates do NER n\u00e3o se responsabiliza sob nenhuma circunst\u00e2ncia pelos conceitos enunciados pelos autores. Ao enviar seu material, o autor cede instantaneamente os direitos autorais de forma integral ao PPG de Antropologia Social da UFRGS.<\/span><\/p>

17) As refer\u00eancias devem vir ap\u00f3s o texto, ordenadas alfabeticamente, seguindo as normas da ABNT conforme os modelos:<\/span>

Guidelines for Authors<\/span><\/h4>

1) Debates do NER is a journal published biannually by the Religious Studies Center from the Program of Graduate Studies in Social Anthropology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. It aims to disseminate unpublished scientific papers resulting from national and international research conducted in the social sciences, regarding religion as a social fact in its interfaces with other spheres of society. The submitted work should have academic and social relevance.<\/span><\/p>

2) The manuscript that is submitted for publication in this journal should be original and unpublished and can not, therefore, be simultaneously submitted for publication or to be published in other journals, books or any other forms of academic dissemination.<\/span><\/p>

3) The debates NER publishes articles in Portuguese and Spanish. Thus, the papers submitted for publication must be written in one of these languages, always obeying the rules of good use of them.<\/span><\/p>

4) The originals manuscripts should be submitted via the Internet by registration of all authors on the journal’s website (http:\/\/seer.ufrgs.br\/debatesdoner\/user\/register)<\/span><\/p>

5) The publication of articles is subject to the approval of the Executive Editorial Board considering reviews from external consultants, recognized in the areas addressed in the Debates NER. This evaluation is made for at least two of these external consultants, blindly, to ensure the integrity and impartiality of the peer. However, it is the responsibility of Executive Editorial Committee select from the manuscripts approved by the consultants, which will be published in each issue.<\/span><\/p>

6) To ensure blind evaluation by peers, authors data will not be forwarded to the consultants, however, is the responsibility of authors to make sure that there are no – nowhere in the body of the text or in the file properties – data that could identify them. To remove identification from the file properties the author of the original must follow these procedures:<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a) In Microsoft Office or Mac documents: ( File> Properties), starting on File in the main menu, and clicking on the following: File> Save As …> Tools (or Options in a Mac)> Security Options .. .> Remove personal information from file when saving> OK> Save.<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b) In PDFs, the authors’ names should also be removed from Document Properties, File in the main menu of Adobe Acrobat.<\/span><\/p>

7) The Debates do NER in each issue publishes two types of manuscripts: Articles and reviews. Each of these works has characteristics with respect to content and number of pages to be observed by the authors:<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a) Articles (maximum of 8000 words; 15-25 pages): reports of original research, based on systematic and thorough research, carried out with the appropriate methodologies and scientific analysis. They will also be admitted, though limited in number, theoretical articles or systematic and current revisions on relevant topics for the magazine’s editorial line, which rely on critical and timely analysis of a comprehensive body of research on the issues that contribute to the development of Social Sciences of Religion, preferably in a research field for which the author contributed.<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b) Reviews (maximum of 4000 words; 3-10 pages): critical analysis of recently published works (maximum four years), guiding the reader regarding their characteristics and potential uses.<\/span><\/p>

8) The criteria that will be evaluated in the articles submitted for publication are the following:<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a) Regarding the structure: Quality logical structure of the work as regards the organization of the topics that compose it.<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b) Regarding the composing: It will be assessed the clarity of the text, the spelling and grammar quality, and elucidated argument rigorously and property;<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 c) Regarding the technical and scientific quality: there will be analyzed the correct use of concepts covered, adequacy and depth of content and the scientific rigor of the job.<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 d) Regarding originality: It will take into account the originality and degree of innovation proposed by the work, as well as expressiveness and importance of the work for the discussion of problems of their field of research;<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 e) Actuality and relevance of the references used.<\/span><\/p>

9) Submitted manuscripts should have cover sheet containing: Full title of the work in Portuguese or Spanish, along with its English version, summary (between 100 and 150 words) single-spaced, in the language of the article and their respective English version and key words (maximum of four) also in the language of the article with their respective English version. Furthermore, it should contain the complete name of authors, their maximum titrations, the full name of the institution in which it operates and their position in such institution. You should also include the following contact information: Full address, email and phone (we recommend using institutional addresses for both physical and electronic correspondence).<\/span><\/p>

10) After forwarded and evaluated by peers, the editorial staff will contact the principal author to inform the verdict that can be accepted, accepted with modifications or refused. In either case, the material submitted will not be returned.<\/span><\/p>

12) Articles should be written in Times New Roman 12. The text should be justified, and A4 (210×297) format, with space of 1.5 and have up to 8000 words (articles) and up to 4000 words (review) including title, abstract, keywords, references and notes. Initial capital should be used only when necessary; typographic resources should be used uniformly:<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a. italics: for foreign words, titles (books, events, etc.) and emphasis;<\/span>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b. double quotes: direct quotations under three lines, individual words quotes or words whose connotations or use deserves emphasis;<\/span>
