Epidrugs, pharmacological agents that modulate epigenetic marks, represent promising therapeutic tools, especially in cancer, yet their effects on the expression of epigenetic machinery genes remain poorly defined. This project aims to characterize transcriptional responses to different epidrugs using publicly available RNA-seq data. Differential gene expression, allele-specific expression, and exon-level analyses will be performed through standardized bioinformatic pipelines, alongside the integration of pharmacogenomic database information to compare pan-epidrugs and target-specific epidrugs.
