O foco n\u00e3o est\u00e1 apenas nas normas e institui\u00e7\u00f5es, mas tamb\u00e9m nas formas pelas quais o Direito organiza a vida em sociedade, protege os seres humanos, responde a transforma\u00e7\u00f5es socioecon\u00f4micas e se relaciona com processos globais de integra\u00e7\u00e3o e diversidade cultural.<\/p><p>Essa perspectiva integra diferentes dimens\u00f5es de pesquisa, que se distribuem em quatro linhas voltadas \u00e0s rela\u00e7\u00f5es privadas, \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es e sistemas de justi\u00e7a, \u00e0 cr\u00edtica metodol\u00f3gica e ao direito em perspectiva internacional e comparada. Dessa forma, o Programa oferece um espa\u00e7o acad\u00eamico s\u00f3lido e plural, capaz de articular tradi\u00e7\u00e3o e inova\u00e7\u00e3o, teoria e pr\u00e1tica, o local e o global.
