class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membros do Grupo de Pesquisa Direito e Sociedade (GPDS\/UFRGS) apresentaram trabalhos no 5th ISA Forum of Sociology, organizado pela International Sociological Association (ISA) em Rabat, no Marrocos, entre os dias 6 e 11 de julho de 2025, com o tema \u201cKnowing justice in the anthropocene\u201d (conhecendo a justi\u00e7a no antropoceno).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O professor Lucas Konzen, l\u00edder do grupo, apresentou o trabalho &#8220;Legal geographies of a city in distress: climate emergency, urban revitalization projects and the fight for spatial justice in Porto Alegre, Brazil&#8221;, que discute resultados do projeto de pesquisa &#8220;Geografias jur\u00eddica da cidade: estudos emp\u00edricos sobre a regula\u00e7\u00e3o do dom\u00ednio p\u00fablico&#8221; e d\u00e1 indicativos de discuss\u00f5es que ser\u00e3o tratadas no projeto &#8220;Direito e Mudan\u00e7as Clim\u00e1ticas: um estudo de caso da enchente de maio de 2024 no Rio Grande do Sul&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O doutorando Mateus Cavalcante de Fran\u00e7a apresentou o trabalho \u201cThe regulation of the maintenance of community-use spaces in Brazilian favelas: interactions between local and State agents and interlegality relations\u201d, com resultados preliminares vinculados ao projeto &#8220;O direito nas favelas no contexto das pol\u00edticas de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria: proposi\u00e7\u00f5es conceituais, te\u00f3ricas, metodol\u00f3gicas e pol\u00edticas&#8221;, sobretudo sobre a regula\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os de uso comunit\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m das apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es dos trabalhos e da participa\u00e7\u00e3o na programa\u00e7\u00e3o do evento, ambos compareceram \u00e0 reuni\u00e3o do Research Committee on Sociology of Law (RCSL), comit\u00ea de pesquisadores de sociologia do direito vinculado \u00e0
