PPGEdu publishes the following journals:
Revista Educação & Realidade, which aims to disseminate the scientific production in the field of education and to encourage the academic debate for knowledge production. It also aims to increase the analytical tools so as to expand the boundaries of thought and practice in the field of education. In its more than 40 years of existence, Educação & Realidade has been performing this mission by a consistent editorial policy, focused on the quality of the texts offered to its readers. Educação & Realidade is a quarterly publication, with articles related to various areas of the field of education and its interfaces with arts, philosophy, literature, social sciences, and humanities, resulting from theoretical studies, research, analyses on specific practices, or controversial and current debates. Revista GEARTE, electronic quarterly publication of free and universal access and academic and scientific nature, edited by the Research Group on Education and Art (GEARTE), linked to the Graduate Program in Education of UFRGS. It aims to disseminate the production of Brazilian and foreign researchers who focus on the relationships between education, art, language, and technology in dialogue with different theoretical frameworks, aiming to enrich the interdisciplinary discussion of knowledge in the fields of Education and Visual Arts.
