class=\"ekit-team-modal-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tGraduated in Physiotherapy from the Centro Universit\u00e1rio Metodista-IPA (1997), master's degree (2001) and doctorate (2005) in Biological Sciences (Physiology) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and postdoctoral (2010) from the University of Leon (Spain) ). She was a physiotherapist at Pavilh\u00e3o Pereira Filho (Hospital specializing in respiratory diseases and lung transplantation). He is currently an adjunct professor in the Physical Therapy course at the School of Physical Education, Physiotherapy and Dance (ESEFID) and is a professor and advisor in the Graduate Programs in Human Movement Sciences (PPGCMH) and Pneumological Sciences (PPGCP) at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He participates as a collaborator in the Laboratory of Hepatology and Experimental Physiology of the Research Center of Hospital de Cl\u00ednicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA). He was Chief of the HCPA Physiotherapy Service (2013-2020). He holds the position of Administrative Director of the Brazilian Association of Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy and Intensive Care Physiotherapy (ASSOBRAFIR- 2021-2024). He is currently a thoracic surgeon at the Irmandade Santa Casa de Miseric\u00f3rdia de Porto Alegre and at the Hospital de Cl\u00ednicas de Porto Alegre, professor of the postgraduate course in Pulmonology Sciences at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He has experience in Medicine, with emphasis on Thoracic Surgery, working mainly on the following subjects: lung transplantation, pediatric thoracic surgery and diaphragm and chest wall He is currently an associate professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, permanent professor at the Postgraduate Program in Pulmonary Sciences (UFRGS) and clinical physician (autonomous affiliation) at Pavilh\u00e3o Pereira Filho - Irmandade da Santa Casa of Mercy in Porto Alegre. Emphasis on Pulmonology, working mainly on the following topics: lung neoplasms, obstructive pulmonary diseases, epidemiology in the medical field, pulmonary fibrosis, respiratory infections and class=\"ekit-team-modal-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tGraduated from the Faculty of Medicine from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1994), medical residency in Clinical Medicine (1997), medical residency in Pulmonology (2000), Master's degree in Pulmonology Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2006) and PhD in Pulmonology Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2015). He has the title of specialist by the Brazilian Society of Pulmonology and Tisiology, in Respiratory Endoscopy by the Brazilian Society of Peroral Endoscopy and in intensive care by the Brazilian Association of Intensive Medicine. He is currently a contracted physician and preceptor of the pulmonology residency at the Pulmonology Service of the Hospital de Cl\u00ednicas de Porto Alegre. and head of the Department of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery at Hospital Moinhos de Vento. He is currently Full Professor at the Department of Internal Medicine at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, working in the Pulmonology Service of the Hospital de Cl\u00ednicas de Porto Alegre. He has a link with the Health Department of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, through which it coordinates the Program for Adults with Cystic Fibrosis at Hospital de Cl\u00ednicas de Porto Alegre since 1997. He is a contracted physician at the Intensive Care Service at Hospital de Cl\u00ednicas de Porto Alegre and at the ICU at Hospital Santa Rita, at the Santa Casa Hospital Complex in Porto Alegre. Professor at the PPG Ciencias Pneumologicas at UFRGS and at the PPG in Health and Human Development at LaSalle University. Researcher at the HCor Research Institute - S\u00e3o Paulo and at the Brazilian Research on Intensive Care Network (BRICNet), and specialist in Big Data and Data Science at the Instituto de Inform\u00e1tica, UFRGS. He has experience in the field of Medicine, with an emphasis on Intensive Medicine, working mainly on the following topics: epidemiology, intensive care unit, infection in critically ill patients and Pneumonia, with more than 100 articles published in indexed journals and dozens of lectures at national and international conferences. He is currently on duty physician at Hospital de Cl\u00ednicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA), Preceptor of Internal Medicine at Hospital Moinhos de Vento (HMV).
