Lançamento de livro do Neurocog/UFRGS. Acaba de ser lançado pela Vetor Editora o livro “Neuropsicologia cognitiva: modelos teóricos e aplicações em avaliação e intervenção” do Núcleo de Estudos em Neuropsicologia Cognitiva (Neurocog/UFRGS). É uma obra que celebra os primeiros 15 anos do grupo de pesquisa coordenado pela Profa. Dra. Jerusa Fumagalli de Salles, o qual já está completando quase 20 anos, mas a pandemia adiou o projeto. O livro já se encontra à venda no site da Editora e o vídeo de divulgação pode ser conferido here.
Novos editores associados da PRC. A chamada da revista publicada pelo PPG Psicologia UFRGS Psychology: Reflection and Criticism (PRC) para editores associados foi encerrada, tendo sido recebidas mais de 30 inscrições ao longo do período em que esteve aberta. Os novos editores associados estão sendo integrados aos poucos à PRC.

Vaga de psicólogo – Projeto Conexão /HCPA. They are open as inscrições para as vagas de psicólogo do projeto “Conexão Mentes do Futuro” do Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA). Descrição da vaga: Avaliar os participantes adultos com testes neuropsicológicos e escalas utilizadas na pratica clínica e de pesquisa; a avaliação tem duração de aproximadamente 4h30 horas por participante e ocorrerá no próprio consultório do psicólogo, online ou domiciliar; haverá treinamento no protocolo de avaliação do projeto com certificado. Requisitos: formação em Psicologia; realizar no mínimo 6 avaliações semanais; ter disponibilidade em turnos diversos (manhã, tarde e noite). Desejável experiência em pesquisa. As avaliações poderão ser realizadas também aos finais de semana (sábado ou domingo), sempre de acordo com a disponibilidade dos participantes. Prêmio CAPES de Tese 2025. They are open as inscrições para o Prêmio CAPES de Tese 2025, que reconhece os melhores trabalhos das 50 áreas do conhecimento. O trabalho deve ser inscrito pela coordenação do programa de pós-graduação, responsável pela pré-seleção das teses. As teses precisam estar registradas na Plataforma Sucupira para que seus autores possam concorrer. Para este ano, os critérios foram atualizados pelo Conselho Técnico-Científico da Educação Superior (CTC-ES). A avaliação leva em conta a originalidade da tese e sua relevância para o desenvolvimento científico, tecnológico, cultural, social, político, ambiental, da saúde e do bem-estar. Também são levados em conta a metodologia utilizada, o rigor da redação e a organização do texto, o grau de inovação e/ou a interdisciplinariedade do trabalho, além da qualidade e do impacto de produtos dele derivados. A Secretaria e Relações Internacionais da UFRGS (Relinter) informa que estão abertas as inscrições ao Prêmio Fernão Mendes Pinto, destinado a galardoar uma dissertação de mestrado ou doutoramento que contribua para a aproximação das comunidades de língua portuguesa, explicitando relações entre comunidades de, pelo menos, dois países. A dissertação, escrita em português, tem de ter sido defendida durante o ano imediatamente anterior ao da candidatura. O programa Charleston é um esquema de financiamento bottom-up, orientado pela curiosidade, que permite que os candidatos escolham livremente seus tópicos de pesquisa. As equipes de pesquisa da Charles University (CU) abrangem todos os campos científicos, exceto engenharia e veterinária. MEC selects specialists for the Assistec Inova project. The Ministry of Education (MEC), through the Secretariat of Professional and Technological Education (Setec), published The call for applications for specialists to work on the Technical Assistance for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Assistec Inova) project is now open. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are open to federal public servants who are part of the Career and Positions Plan for Basic, Technical and Technological Education or the Career Plan for Technical-Administrative Positions in Education, as well as permanent staff members of state networks. Candidates will be evaluated in three stages: qualification, self-assessment, and interviews. Specialists from more than 30 areas of knowledge are being selected, as detailed in the call for applications. Professionals will work remotely on a part-time basis, summoned via notification based on project needs. Successful candidates will work on the themes of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technical assistance in various areas such as research, consulting, mentoring, institutional development, and document production. Essa é uma bolsa de estudos financiada pelo Fórum Einstein e pela Fundação Wittenstein, com duração de 5 a 6 meses. A bolsa está aberta a todos os cidadãos de todo o mundo. O objetivo do programa Einstein Fellowship é convidar os candidatos interessados a realizar pesquisas em um campo diferente de suas pesquisas anteriores. Os bolsistas se hospedarão no Garden Cottage da casa de veraneio de Einstein em Caputh, Brandemburgo. O IELTS e o TOEFL não são obrigatórios. Scholarships for PhD students – Matsumae International Foundation/Japan. Japan will receive applications de doutores, a partir de 01/06/2025, para realizarem pesquisa em seu país, por meio da Bolsa de Estudos da Matsumae International Foundation (MIF) 2026. A bolsa da MIF oferece uma plataforma para discutir e analisar criticamente os problemas globais atuais com uma rede de intelectuais e articular soluções viáveis. Além disso, o conhecimento do pequisador sobre o assunto será aprimorado e ele poderá tratar de todas as questões em sua área de interesse com uma abordagem aprofundada. As áreas contempladas pela bolsa de seis meses de duração, entre junho de 2026 e março de 2027, são prioritariamente: ciências naturais, engenharia e medicina. Support for Brazilian researchers in projects Horizon Europe. Brazil was among the top five non-European countries in terms of participation in the EU's 7th framework program for science and technology (FP7) and among the top six in Horizon 2020. After that, it moved up to 9th place in participation in Horizon Europe. Both individual researchers and Brazilian entities are fully eligible to participate in almost all calls of the Horizon Europe. Different financing schemes are being created in different Brazilian states, through the State Research Support Foundations (FAPs), to finance Brazilian participation in collaborative projects of the Horizon Europe. The Brazilian Society of Psychology (SBP) is calling on psychologists and/or professors/researchers in psychology to submit proposals for satellite events during the 55th Annual Meeting of the SBP, which will take place in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, from October 28th to 31st, 2025, with the theme "Psychology and the Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion". The satellite events, which may be mini-courses, lectures, symposia, colloquia, coordinated sessions, or other proposed formats, should last up to 4 hours and be organized by associations and/or scientific entities in the field of psychology.
