Postgraduate teaching internship.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\n<\/p>\n

The Teaching Internship aims to enable Master's and Doctorate students to develop skills and abilities related to teaching, through interaction with undergraduate students and professors and participation in the planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching practices.<\/p>\n

\n\n<\/p>\n

Master's and doctoral students must teach at least 60 class hours as a Teaching Internship, which may be in mandatory or optional subjects of undergraduate courses under the responsibility of the Department of Developmental and Personality Psychology.<\/p>\n

\n\n<\/p>\n

The Teaching Internship must be developed in accordance with the guidelines established by the Resolution 02\/2009 of the UFRGS Teaching, Research and Extension Council.<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\n<\/p>\n

The postgraduate student's role as a trainee teacher cannot cover the entire course load.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before starting the semester, the student must contact the advisor to check in which discipline they will carry out the internship. Next, contact the professor of the undergraduate course (if he is not your advisor). This professor will be the internship supervisor and will establish, together with the intern, the activities to be carried out.<\/p>\n

The list of master's and doctoral students who will take on subjects, as well as their work plans, must be approved prior to the beginning of the semester at a Department and Postgraduate Council meeting.<\/p>\n

For the purposes of recording credits in the course history, the student must submit the teaching internship registration form, with the consent and signature of the internship supervising professor, to the secretariat, at the end of the internship<\/strong>, within the delivery deadline announced by the PPG Psychology Secretariat via email.<\/p>\n

The form must be completely filled out, with the concept of the subject and signed by the student and the supervisor (or the teacher responsible for the subject). Incomplete, erased, photographed on a cell phone and simulated forms, without signatures from the student and supervisor and without the concept of the discipline, will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

The Secretariat will not process any registration that does not meet the instructions above.<\/p>\n

It is the responsibility of the professor responsible for the undergraduate course to accept the student as an intern, approve their action plan, monitor their activities throughout the semester, evaluate and appropriate the concept at the end of the semester.<\/p>\n
