Master's and doctoral students may request the use or exemption of subjects already taken at UFRGS as a special and regular student and at other higher education institutions, at the discretion of the program's Board.<\/p>\n
The master's or doctorate student, who has studied subjects in other Postgraduate Programs outside UFRGS, in accordance with the resolution no. 001\/2019<\/a>, you can request the use of subjects.<\/p>\n Only subjects that have been studied a maximum of five years ago when the student enters the Master's or Doctorate will be eligible for acceptance.<\/p>\n The request for the release of subjects based on success must be made by the student in the first semester of the course, in the period between the beginning of enrollment and fifteen days after the start of classes in the first semester of the course.<\/p>\n To request acceptance, the student must send it to the Secretariat's email address (ppgpsico@ufrgs.br<\/a>), for the board's consideration the following documents:<\/p>\n \u2022 Course completion form, available at forms page<\/a>; The Coordination, through the PPG secretariat, will ask teachers of the subjects that are being requested for release to analyze the relevance of the achievement.<\/p>\n After the analyzes carried out by the subject teachers, the Coordination will establish a committee made up of two teachers, who will review all the requests and make the final decision on whether or not the subjects will be used, preparing an opinion.<\/p>\n The final opinion of the analysis of subject performance must be approved at a meeting by the Postgraduate Committee.<\/p>\n It is the student's responsibility to check their academic records whether or not the requests were granted, and take care to comply with all curricular requirements within the stipulated deadlines.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The master's or doctorate student, who has studied subjects as a graduate of the Master's course, in accordance with the resolution no. 001\/2019<\/a>, you can request the use of subjects.<\/p>\n Only subjects that have been studied a maximum of five years ago when the student enters the Master's or Doctorate will be eligible for acceptance.<\/p>\n The request for the release of subjects based on success must be made by the student in the first semester of the course, in the period between the beginning of enrollment and fifteen days after the start of classes in the first semester of the course.<\/p>\n To request acceptance, the student must send it to the Secretariat's email address (ppgpsico@ufrgs.br<\/a>), for the board's consideration the following documents:<\/p>\n \u2022 Course completion form, available at forms page<\/a>.<\/p>\n The final opinion of the analysis of subject performance must be approved at a meeting by the Postgraduate Committee.<\/p>\n It is the student's responsibility to check their academic records whether or not the requests were granted, and take care to comply with all curricular requirements within the stipulated deadlines.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n During the Master's or Doctorate course, the student may take subjects in other Postgraduate Programs in Brazil or abroad and request the use of these subjects by equivalence for the purposes of curricular completion, observing the guidelines in article 12 of the resolution 001\/2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n Only courses that have been taken during the student's active relationship with the PPG will be eligible for equivalence.<\/p>\n The request for release of subjects due to equivalence must be made by the student after passing the subject, within the period included during the course.<\/p>\n To request equivalence, the student must send it to the Secretariat's email address (ppgpsico@ufrgs.br<\/a>), for consideration by the Council the following documents:<\/p>\n
