Curso (TCC) e elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de projeto das pesquisas do <strong>Curso de Especializa\u00e7\u00e3o em Gastronomia Cultural: temas do campo \u00e0 mesa<\/strong>, oferecido na modalidade a dist\u00e2ncia por meio do Sistema Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB\/CAPES) e em parceria com a Universidade Federal de Ci\u00eancias de Sa\u00fade de Porto Alegre (UFCSPA).<\/p><p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/cisade\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/SEI_7465164_Edital.pdf\">Processo Seletivo Simplificado<\/a> para professor formador para orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de TCC e Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de Projeto com as Pesquisas do Curso para submiss\u00e3o ao Comit\u00ea de \u00c9tica destina-se ao preenchimento de 8 a 21 vagas + cadastro reserva (CR).\u00a0<\/p><p>As
