Submissions are restricted to one per lead author. Upon registration, the author must inform the working group that he or she wants to submit the paper to, the name of possible co-authors (with e-mail, degree level and institutional affiliation), alongside with three to five keywords.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guidelines for Formatting and Submitting the Final Paper<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The final version of the selected papers for presentation must fall within the following standards. Note that for what is not expressly provided, authors must follow the ABNT formatting rules for academic papers.<\/p>\n<p>a) the selected papers must be sent directly to the e-mail of the working group within the timeframe established in the schedule;<\/p>\n<p>b) the final paper must be submitted in \u201c.doc\u201d format only, in order to be included in the proceedings of the seminar;<\/p>\n<p>c) the final paper must have a minimum length of ten pages and a maximum of twenty, including references and excluding the abstract;<\/p>\n<p>d) the title of the paper must appear in the top of the first page, in font size 14, centered and bold;<\/p>\n<p>e) authors must be specified right after the title of the paper;<\/p>\n<p>f) in the first page, a footnote must state the degree level of the authors, the institutional affiliation and their contact e-mail (optional);<\/p>\n<p>g) the final paper must include an abstract \u2013 that shall not count for the minimum nor the maximum page limits \u2013 of no more than 2200 characters (including spaces), preceded by the title and followed by three keywords;<\/p>\n<p>h) the final paper must be formatted to fit on A4 paper size, being the top and left margins of 3 centimeters and the bottom and right margins of 2 centimeters;<\/p>\n<p>i) the final paper must be formatted in font size 12, Times New Roman, and the line spacing must be of 1.5 on the main body of the text;<\/p>\n<p>j) for direct quotes above three lines, the text must be formatted in font size 10, Times New Roman, single-spacing, right alignment with a margin of 4 centimeters;<\/p>\n<p>k) the inclusion of charts, tables, maps and images must be done in main body of the text;<\/p>\n<p>l) the bibliographic references directly used in the paper must be included at the end of the text and shall be in accordance with the ABNT rules for academic papers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guidelines for Abstract Submission Abstracts must vary from 250 to 500 words.
