Em paralelo a estas transforma\u00e7\u00f5es ocorrem mudan\u00e7as tecnol\u00f3gicas, principalmente o aumento no uso e consumo de recursos como os dispositivos m\u00f3veis (smartphone e tablets). Neste sentido, \u00e9 importante que a educa\u00e7\u00e3o inicie discuss\u00f5es sobre poss\u00edveis a\u00e7\u00f5es e possibilidades inclusivas, sociais e digitais, do p\u00fablico mais velho para o s\u00e9culo XXI. SILVA, 2018; MACHADO, 2018). A partir desta constru\u00e7\u00e3o foi poss\u00edvel apontar as compet\u00eancias essenciais para os idosos utilizarem os recursos com autonomia e confian\u00e7a. As compet\u00eancias foram divididas em tr\u00eas grandes grupos: Alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o Digital M\u00f3vel, Letramento Digital M\u00f3vel e Flu\u00eancia Digital M\u00f3vel. Para cada compet\u00eancia pode-se ter tr\u00eas n\u00edveis: B\u00e1sico, Intermedi\u00e1rio e Avan\u00e7ado, conforme apresentado abaixo.
