Documentos necessários para a confecção do cartão TRI, que dá direito à meia-passagem para os estudantes de Porto Alegre

1ª via:
  • Foto 3×4 atual.
  • Cópia da carteira de identidade
  • Comprovante de matrícula autenticado (pode ser impresso pelo Portal do Aluno)
  • Comprovante de residência atualizado
  • Cópia do CPF (o estudante menor de 18 anos que não possuir esse documento deverá fornecer cópia do CPF da mãe, do pai ou do responsável legal)
  • Formulário preenchido (pode ser retirado no DAECA)
  • Taxa de R$ 5,00

Renovação:

  • Comprovante de matrícula autenticado (pode ser impresso pelo Portal do Aluno)
  • Fotocópia do cartão TRI, apresentando o original
  • Formulário preenchido (pode ser retirado no DAECA)
  • Taxa de R$ 5,00
2ª via:

Quem extraviou/danificou seu cartão deve encaminar os mesmos documentos da 1ª via, porém deve antes ligar para a EPTC e cancelar a sua via anterior do cartão. Taxa de R$8.
