Integrated Project for Amazonian Cooperation and Modernization of Hydrological Monitoring (ICA-MMH)

The objective of this project was to develop international scientific and technological cooperation for the integrated management of water resources in the Amazon Basin, so as to establish a shared basis for sustainable development in the region with a focus on the protection and integrated management of transboundary waters.

Results:

The project was a great success. The knowledge developed with the project served as the basis for the realization of several researches that allowed the development of innovative scientific knowledge about the region. Publications related to the amazon can be checked on the HGE Publications HGE.
