Rafael Kayser is an Environmental Engineer graduated from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Currently Master in Water Resources and Environmental Sanitation by the Institute of Hydraulic Research (IPH) of UFRGS. He has experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), geoprocessing, water resources management, hydrological studies, hydrological simulation, water balance models and water quality modeling.
