Rodrigo Paiva

Rodrigo Paiva holds a doctorate degree in Water Resources and Environmental Sanitation from the Institute of Hydraulic Research (IPH), Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), and in Hidrology, Hydrochemistry, Soil and Environment from the Laboratory for Géosciences Environnement Toulouse (GET), University Toulouse III Paul Sabatier (France). He holds a master’s degree in Water Resources and Environmental Sanitation from IPH/UFRGS and graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria (2006). He has a research interest in the following topics: Hydrological Modelling, Hydrodynamic Modelling, Numerical Simulation, Geoprocessing, remote sensing, hydrological forecasting, data assimilation, hydrological processes, Amazon basin.
