Research scholarships for doctoral students in Berlin – Ibero-American Institute (IAI). The Ibero-American Institute (IAI) grant between ten and twelve scholarships for doctoral students for research stays in Berlin, lasting one to two months, for 2025. The objective of the scholarships is to offer scholarship holders the possibility of advancing innovative projects linked to the line of research and collections of the IAI. Two aspects are fundamental: it must be an innovative project; the proposed project must be able to connect to other disciplines. New technologies and media formats allow better access to the knowledge resource, but at the same time, they give rise to debates and conflicts about the usability, dissemination, monopolization, democratization and diversification of knowledge and therefore raise questions of power social, political and economic. Questions about digitalization and digital transformation have become central topics of study in the humanities and social sciences.
