This application aims to assist the doctor in making decisions. The use of the tool is not a substitute for clinical judgment in each situation. The information contained herein is in accordance with the bibliography consulted at the time of its production (2015).
This application is produced by TelessaúdeRS-UFRGS, a project by UFRGS and the Ministry of Health that aims to help health professionals improve the primary care offered to the population through SUS.
