Segundo ela, é um importante passo para que o estágio passe a cumprir sua função de aprendizagem e deixe de ser mão de obra barata. “O estágio precisa ter uma função educativa, com direito a férias, licença para provas e respeito ao estudante trabalhador”.

A carga horária mudará para no máximo 6 horas diárias e 30 semanais, exceção para os alunos da educação especial e dos anos finais do ensino fundamental que não ultrapassará 4 horas diárias e 20 horas semanais. “Essa modificação forçará milhares de empresas a se adequarem, mas acreditamos que dará mais tempo aos estudantes para se dedicarem aos estudos e, com isso, melhor rendimento no estágio”, explica Seme.
