Nessa quinta-feira, 16 de julho, às 15h, Andriele Nahara Muller, membro do GPMC, irá defender sua Dissertação de Mestrado intitulada “SERIA TRÁGICO SE NÃO FOSSE CÔMICO: O IMPACTO DO HUMOR NA RESPOSTA ÀS RECLAMAÇÕES”.
A banca será composta pelo Prof. Dr. Leonardo Nicolao (UFRGS), Prof. Dr. Luiz Antonio Slongo (UFRGS) e Prof. Dr. Celso Augusto de Matos (UNISINOS). A dissertação tem orientação da Prof.ª Dr.ª Cristiane Pizzutti (UFRGS).
