Good night, everybody! In July we will have another paper of one of our integrants being presented at an international congress. The research of the doctoral student Simone Nazareth Vedana along with Erica Caetano Roos, Carolline Paslauski and Professor at the PPGA/UFRGS Marcia Barcellos, on new business models in gastronomy, was selected for the 23rd International Conference EIRASS (European Institute of Retailing and Services Studies) to be held in Edinburgh, Scotland. Congratulations to the authors!
