Dia a dia na EA

Relato de experiência da Victoria Santos, que participa do time de RH do CAEA e nos conta sobre como foi a sua experiência no início da faculdade e diversos benefícios de fazer parte da organização instalada na EA.

“Fui membro do CAEA durante 3 anos e meio. A rotina era bem flexível, não tinham horários fixos e os times podiam se encontrar nos horários que ficasse melhor para eles e uma vez por mês havia uma reunião geral em um sábado ou domingo, para tópicos de discussões com todo o grupo. As minhas principais lembranças são os momentos de tensão e frio na barriga antes de eventos grandes acontecerem, como a semana acadêmica, ADM liberada e as imersões (onde o time de RH fazia parte). Eram momentos de puro nervosismo, últimos ajustes, mas na hora de começar, as coisas andavam e o frio na barriga passava. 

Como eu entrei muito nova (16 anos), acredito que o CAEA me ajudou a amadurecer tanto profissional como pessoalmente, me deu uma boa base para conhecer o desenvolvimento de projetos, aprender a lidar com pessoas, prazos e responsabilidades e me apresentou a área que hoje eu sei que gosto de trabalhar. Acredito que a comunidade da EA só tem a ganhar com esse tipo de projeto, pois é feito de aluno para aluno, projetos de alta qualidade e por trás dos bastidores têm pessoas que se empenham dia e noite para as coisas acontecerem e funcionarem da melhor maneira possível! Os projetos do CAEA enriquecem a comunidade acadêmica como um todo: quem recebe, sabe que participará de um projeto de qualidade, com profissionais exemplares, e quem executa ganha muita experiência, vivências inesquecíveis, amigos para a vida toda e histórias para contar. 

Hoje, vejo que o CAEA me abriu as portas para o mundo profissional: a partir dele fiz networking, tirei projetos do papel, contribuiu para a conquista da minha mobilidade acadêmica e diferencia em processos seletivos para estágios, por exemplo. Entrar no CAEA foi uma das melhores coisas que eu fiz dentro da faculdade e tenho muito orgulho de quem coloca a mão na massa, não deixando esse projeto morrer! Com certeza é uma experiência que eu desejo que todos os alunos da EA tenham!”

    I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said
    “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and
    screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
