Oral Presentation Guidelines

A computer will be available in each session room for displaying slides. Presenters must bring their presentations in PDF format. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts to check in with the session chair and upload your presentation onto the room’s computer. This can be done by using a USB flash drive.

Each talk is allocated 18 minutes, divided into 15 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion.
