Important Information
Professional and Student categories include access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and social events (welcome reception, gala dinner, and farewell party).
Students can also apply for special sponsorship grants (CASS and CASS-RS).
One Full Registration (categories: IEEE CASS Member, IEEE Member, or Non-member) can cover up to 2 authored papers, including papers of collocated conferences. The registration MUST be done before December 1st.
Student Registration covers one IBERCHIP paper.
Cancellation policy: The deadline for the registration refund request must be within two weeks before the event, and the maximum amount to be reimbursed will be 80%. The remaining 20% should cover the administrative costs of registration. After this deadline, no refunds are allowed. Refunds will be paid until 60 days after the conference.
The registration system has been closed. New registrations and/or additional tickets for social events will be available for purchase at the conference registration desk, subject to availability.
