Preparation Guideline for Poster Presenters

Poster boards will be prepared in portrait format with a maximum size of 85 cm (width) by 120 cm (height). Our recommendation is A0 size (841mm * 1189mm) in Portrait Orientation.

Presenters are recommended to attach their posters by using adhesive tapes (which are available on-site). Do approach our Conference Assistant if you need any help.

Authors (or presenters) are expected:

Set up your poster 1 hour prior to the scheduled session.
Be present with your poster during the poster session.
Explain your paper to the collected audience.
Remove your poster after the session.
