The ANA Data Acquisition tool automatically downloads several pluviometric and fluviometric stations provided by the National Water Agency (ANA). It was designed as part of the Large Basin Model (MGB) plugin in the Quantum GIS software, however, due to the different uses that hydrological data can have, the tool is now also available in an independent plugin.
In addition to the features present in the MGB plugin, the ANA Data Acquisition plugin offers the option to select the stations of interest directly in the QGIS interface. Its installation is done through the tab “Add-ons”> “Managerial and Install Add-ons” of QGIS (version 3) and can occur in two ways: through the QGIS repository, after reloading it by checking the option “Also show experimental add-ons” or, inserting the .zip file, available below.
