This Thursday (December 1st), at 9:15 am, in classroom number 103 of Business School or via the zoom link (https://mit.zoom.us/j/92825888029), we will talk with Professor Carolina Werle (Grenoble Ecole de Management), who will talk about her research “Lay beliefs affecting the well-being of consumers and public policy strategies to reduce their effects: application to meat-like vegetarian proteins and alcoholic beverages”.
This research project aims to test whether front-of-packaging (FOP) labels placed on meat-alike vegetarian products and alcohol beverages can modulate the influence of lay beliefs on consumers’ behaviors.
See you all on Thursday!
